If you ever remember using bubble wands as a kid, it probably wasn't used very much as the entertainment stops once the soap runs dry. This toy is easily manufactured using injection molded plastic wands and blow molded plastic containers. As cheap as it is to manufacture, it is very costly on the environment, as it is thrown out more often than it is used!
This conceptual redesign of the bubble wand, proposes a more sustainable solution with a fun twist for kids to enjoy!
The final direction for this design, has the “soap-like” solution within the biodegradable straw like a container.
By applying pressure and squeezing the straw upwards, the solution would be forced out in order to make the bubble appear!
